Northeast Neighborhood Plan
The City of Somers Point and the Atlantic County Economic Alliance are excited to be developing a Neighborhood Plan for the northeast section of the City. The Plan is a prerequisite to apply for up to $1,000,000 annually through the NJ Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) Program for the Northeast Neighborhood.
The Northeast Neighborhood Plan is a resident-driven effort. A second neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22nd at 6 pm at Somers Point City Hall.

Area Included
The NRTC Neighborhood is limited to Census Tract 128.01. The boundaries are from Route 9 on the west, the City of Linwood boundary to the north, the Bay to the east, and Harbor Lane to Sunny Avenue, Sunny Avenue to Connecticut Avenue, and Connecticut Avenue from Sunny Lane to Route 9 to the south.
