NOTICE OF DECISION OF PLANNING BOARD
Public notice is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on August 19, 2026, at which time an application requesting minor subdivision approval of property owned by City of Somers Point was heard by the Planning Board pertaining to Block(s) 525 Lot (s) 2.01, commonly known as Defeo Lane, Somers Point, New Jersey. Said requested designation was granted by the Planning Board.
On September 16, 2026, during a public hearing of the Planning Board, the Planning Board approved and memorialized said designation through written resolution. A copy of the memorializing resolution and all files pertaining to this application are available for inspection in the City of Somers Point Municipal building, Planning and Zoning Department, located at 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey.
