NOTICE OF DECISION OF PLANNING BOARD
Public notice is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on July 15, 2026, at which time an application requesting minor site plan approval with waivers, and variance relief for minimum required off street parking and maximum permitted signage designation was heard by the Planning Board pertaining to Block(s) 1122, Lot (s) 7, commonly known as 602-606 New Rd., Somers Point, New Jersey. Said requested designation was granted by the Planning Board.
On August 19, 2026, during a public hearing of the Planning Board, the Planning Board approved and memorialized said designation through written resolution. A copy of the memorializing resolution and all files pertaining to this application are available for inspection in the City of Somers Point Municipal building, Planning and Zoning Department, located at 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey.
