Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Public Safety Communications Products and Services.
The City of Somers Point intends to participate in the Sourcewell National Cooperative for Public Safety Communications Products and Services #020625-L3H, for the City of Somers Point, Police Department.
Information regarding this contract may be found at the City of Somers Point City Clerkâs Office, 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, NJ 08244 Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as through the Sourcewell Coop Website @ www.sourcewell-mn.gov
The City anticipates utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative contract on or about 08/27/2026. The current Sourcewell Cooperative contract term for Contract Number Contract Number #020625-L3H is Effective until 07/24/2029.
It is the intent of the City of Somers Point, NJ, Jason Frost, QPA, City Administrator, to make a contract award to Tactical Public Safety as needed and determined in the best interest of the City of Somers Point, NJ and to utilize Sourcewell National Cooperative Vendors, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell National Cooperative Purchasing Program contract for Public Safety Communications Products and Services.
The City of Somers Point is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S. A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
