Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative

Purchasing Agreement for Disaster Recovery Services

The City of Somers Point intends to participate in the ESCNJ Cooperative for Disaster Recovery Services, Contract Number 22/23-23, to purchase equipment for the Somers Point Fire Department.

Information regarding this contract may be found at the City of Somers Point City Clerk’s Office, 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, NJ 08244 Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as through the ESCNJ Cooperative website @ www.escnj.us .

The City anticipates utilizing the ESCNJ Cooperative contract on or about 06/25/2026. The current ESCNJ Cooperative contract term for Contract Number ESCNJ 22/23-23 is Effective 11/16/22 - 11/15/2026.

It is the intent of the City of Somers Point, NJ, Jason Frost, QPA, City Administrator, to make a contract award to All Risk Inc & Insurance Restoration Specialist dba First Onsite Restoration as needed and determined in the best interest of the City of Somers Point, NJ and to utilize ESCNJ Cooperative, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the ESCNJ Cooperative contract for Disaster Recovery Services.

The City of Somers Point is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S. A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
