2026 ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et. seq., the annual schedule of meetings for the City of Somers Point Planning Board for the calendar year 2026 (and the reorganization and regular meeting for January 2027) shall be as follows:
January 21, 2026- Reorganization & Regular (meeting starts at 6:30 pm)

April 15, 2026
May 20, 2026
June 17, 2026
July 15, 2026
August 19, 2026
September 16, 2026
October 21, 2026
November 18, 2026
December 16, 2026
January 20, 2027 - reorganization and regular (starting at 6:30 p.m.)
Meetings are held in the Municipal Courtroom in City Hall, 1 W. New Jersey Ave, Somers Point.
With the exception of the reorganization and regular meeting scheduled for January 21, 2026, all other meetings set forth above for the calendar year 2026 will begin at 7:00 p.m. The reorganization meeting on January 20, 2027 will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the regular meeting immediately following.
Meeting agendas for a specific meeting will be available not less than 48 hours in advance of each specific meeting at the municipal website address, www.somerspointgov.org ,
or by request to Jayne Meischker, Board Secretary, or the City of Somers Point Planning and Zoning Office, at (609) 927-9088 x 142, or by email to jmeischker@spgov.org.The agenda for each specific meeting will additionally be posted as required by law.
In addition, copies of any application before the Board, and any maps and documents relating to any application before the Board, for each specific meeting may be inspected by the public on weekdays (except holidays) during regular business hours at City of Somers Point Planning and Zoning Office, 1 W. New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, NJ.
Special Meetings may be scheduled at any time, provided notice of said meeting is properly advertised and complies with the provisions of Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 or the exceptions there under.
Formal action may be taken at all meetings.
