CITY OF SOMERS POINT ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et. seq., the annual schedule of meetings for the City of Somers Point Zoning Board of Adjustment for the calendar year 2026 (and the reorganization and regular meeting for January 2027) shall be as follows:
January 12, 2026 - reorganization and regular (starting at 6:30 p.m.)

November 9, 2026

January 11, 2027Reorganization to start at 6:30 followed by meeting
With the exception of the reorganization and regular meeting scheduled for January 12, 2026, all other meetings set forth above for the calendar year 2026 will begin at 7:00 p.m. The reorganization meeting on January 11, 2027 will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the regular meeting immediately following.
The meeting agendas will be available not less than 48 hours in advance of each specific meeting at the aforementioned municipal website address or by request to Jayne Meischker, Board Secretary, or the City of Somers Point Construction Office, at (609) 927-9088 x 142, or by email to jmeischker@spgov.org. The agenda for each specific meeting will additionally be posted as required by the Open Public Meetings Act.
In addition, copies of any application before the Board, and any maps and documents relating to any application before the Board, for each specific meeting may be inspected by the public on weekdays (except holidays) during regular business hours at the City of Somers Point Construction Office, 741 Shore Road, Somers Point, NJ, prior to each specific meeting, within the time frame established by the Municipal Land Use Act.
Special Meetings may be scheduled at any time, provided notice of said meeting is properly advertised and complies with the provisions of Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 or the exceptions there under.
Formal action may be taken at all meetings.
